Cancellation policy (45 days notice required for weekly, 7 days for nightly up to 4 nights, 14 days for nightly, 5 to 6 nights, or refund less cancellation fee if unit is re-rented)

Parking: There is one parking space provided on site per rental unit. Additional parking is available in the metered spaces across the street. Daily passes are $25.00. These can be purchased from the Town Parking Office (910-256-5453) or over the internet at: www.towb.org/parking
